The St. Ambrose Cheer team went undefeated, winning the 2023 National Championship. But for Antywon Lowery, becoming a National Champion was about more than just the struggle of competition.

From “Inside SAU Athletics,” Lili Olsen introduces us to junior thrower Annah Miller. Miller was named the Female Outstanding Field Performer at the 2023 CCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. She also won the discus with a throw of 46.71 meters and earned gold in the shot put with a mark of 13.70 meters.
