Buffalo Wild Wings Go has officially arrived on Saint Ambrose’s campus, giving students a new place to grab food after classes, practices and late-night study sessions.

For St. Ambrose University students returning to campus this fall, finding a parking spot has been a challenge for some. Delays in the university’s new parking-permit system left students waiting for updates through much of August before permits finally became available to the entire student body at once.

St. Ambrose and Mount Mercy students and faculty are adjusting to the realities of the universities’ merger, from shared classes and technology changes to concerns about Mount Mercy’s identity. While some see expanded programs and resources ahead, others are still waiting for answers as the transition continues.
As concerns about CTE and head injuries continue, St. Ambrose football is emphasizing helmet safety, concussion education and Guardian Caps during practice. The program’s approach includes properly fitted equipment, safety testing and teaching players how to reduce unnecessary head contact on the field.
