At SAU, many students, especially athletes, push through illness to avoid missing class or practice. Nurse Nancy mentions that common issues like stomach and respiratory symptoms are circulating, but there’s no significant increase in cases. She advises students to rest, hydrate, and wash hands frequently to help prevent spreading germs. Taking care of yourself is essential, even when it's hard to step back from your responsibilities.
