On November 7th, students, faculty and staff gathered for their annual Bee the Difference Day where SAU volunteers helped out members of the surrounding community.

This event was organized by the Student Government Association who gathered a booming 600 volunteers. This year, 90 houses of the surrounding community were lent a helping hand at various tasks, such as yard work.

Jenna Saad and junior said “Being apart of the women’s volleyball team and volunteering together every year is something that sets us apart from other schools. Bee the Difference Day to me means making a difference in the community. My favorite part is getting involved with the community and seeing their appreciation for the connections we make.”
