We’re back! In our new episode, host Elijah Jakovec is joined by Jake Kaczmarek, Jackson Marker, and Amarey Wills of the SAU men’s basketball team to discuss the NBA playoff season.  They discuss which players need to win a championship for their legacy.  The young age of the NBA is now taking over, which means LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant are not in this year’s playoffs.  The guys take a look at who is now considered a superstar in the league’s “new age”.  Lakers star LeBron James will be 40 years old in December.  This upcoming offseason, James has a player option.  That means he can sign with the Lakers for one year or decline it and test free agency.  And this all comes with his son, Bronny, either staying one more year in college or getting drafted to the NBA.  What would be the best option for Lebron? Or will it all depend on Bronny’s decision?

Jackson Marker: “Lebron can fill the void of a fantastic number two, but Anthony Davis needs to start playing at an Anthony Davis level again.”

Amarey Wills: “I don’t think Lebron James wins another championship.  You like his greatness but there are some areas that he has been lacking in.”

Jake Kaczmarek: If Lebrons wants to win another championship, he cannot be the number one option anymore.”

Which team will dethrone Denver? What’s next for the Suns and Lakers after their less-than-stellar seasons? And how will the Milwaukee Bucks look to improve next year? All this and more in Episode 21 of SportsGeek Radio!
