Homecoming events kicked off Saturday morning with alumni, and their kids, returning to campus to crush the Killer Bee 5k and the Bumble Rumble.

The Killer Bee 5k started at 8:00 Saturday, October 2nd with the first-place runner, Logan Keene, crossing the finish line a speedy 18 minutes and 40 seconds later.

Immediately following the 5k, the children of the alumni took on the Bumble Rumble. They were separated into four groups, the 50m, 100m, 400m, and 800m. The crowd cheered them on every step of the way, and there were only a few minor wipeouts.
